About Domus Physiotherapy
A personalised home-based approach
I offer physiotherapy in the comfort of your own home to help you recover or maintain your ability to manage everyday activities.
Ageing affects our balance, flexibility, strength, bone health and cognition which may lead to pain, reduced ability to manage every day activities, fear of falling, unsteadiness and in some cases can lead to falls. When we are older it can also take longer to recover from illness or a hospital stay.
I can help you to improve these issues using tailored, evidence-based exercise programs at a pace that is right for you. I can help you to remain active, independent and confident at home.
What to expect
I will meet with you in the comfort of your own home for a comprehensive assessment to get to know you and understand what movement challenges you are facing.
I will assess your current strength, balance, exercise tolerance and function. Together, we will develop a personalised exercise treatment plan that helps you move towards your goals.
